The HTC TITAN II is the first Windows Phone to combine a stunning 4.7-inch WVGA Super LCD screen, an industry leading 16MP professional quality camera, and the blazing fast speed of AT&T’s 4G LTE network. The full-featured smartphone has an industry-leading camera that makes it easy to capture and share high-quality photos. A 16 Megapixel rear-facing camera delivers an abundance of detail and the specialized image processor delivers superior image clarity and exposure in every picture. The dedicated camera button and image stabilization allows the user to click, point, and capture high-quality images with minimal effort while the back-illuminated sensor enables higher-quality photographs in low-light environments. Along with the 4.7-inch display, 4G LTE, and DLNA support, the TITAN II makes viewing and sharing pictures as easy as taking them.
The TITAN II also brings a rich set of adjustable settings allowing photography enthusiasts total control over their pictures, including shutter speed, ISO setting (up to 1600), white balance, brightness, contrast, saturation, and sharpness. What is 4G?
4G is a wireless technology term meaning "Fourth Generation." 4G follows 3G as the latest addition to AT&T's mobile broadband network. When combined with enhanced backhaul, 4G means faster speeds, where data transfers take less time to complete. AT&T has upgraded the software of its nationwide mobile broadband network with HSPA+ which, with enhanced backhaul, enables speeds up to 4x faster than AT&T's already fast mobile broadband speeds. And now, AT&T is evolving to even faster 4G speeds with the launch of AT&T's 4G LTE technology in select markets.
Backhaul is one of the major pieces of a telecommunications network. Think of it as the limbs connecting AT&T's cell towers with AT&T's backbone network that provides access to the Internet.
How does AT&T 4G differ from other 4G networks?

Review : HTC redesign makes an already good phone into a great Phone!
The HTC TITAN was a very good smart phone. I could quibble about a couple of things but it was a unique well thought out design. Well HTC went back to the drawing board and redesigned it for the TITAN II and it made (IMHO) it into the best Windows Phone yet if not the best phone period. Now, let me just state that to start off with that I believe the new Windows phone is the most elegant, user friendly, operating system with its unique operator interface and the fact that its not more well known is simply that the Apple and Android fan boys do all they can to talk it down.
Now, as far as this phone, it has the best camera I have ever used on a phone and better than most point and shoots as well. It is 16 mp wide angle, fast lens, and comes with boatloads of options. It takes low light shots like a DSLR. Nuff said.
